Shipping Methods:
When you place an order with KSCrossStitch.com, you are emailed a confirmation of your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose whichever method suits you best when you place an order. KSCrossStitch.com offers two different international shipping methods:
Standard shipping: Normally takes 7 to 14 days.Express Shipping: Normally takes 4 to 7 days.
Time of transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from.
Shipping Cost:International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
Weight and dimensions of package
The location the seller is shipping from (city,
state, country or region)
The location the seller is shipping to (the destination country or region).

Delivery Time:Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your order is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes 7-14 days, and express shipping normally takes 4-7 days. Processing takes 1-2 days normally.
Is Shipping Included In The Price?Shipping is not included in the item prices: you need to use the online
system to generate a shipping quote for your order.
Please put the desired number of items in your cart and follow the checkout
screens to select a courier option and preview shipping prices.
The shipping charges for orders are calculated automatically depending on the
total weight of your order.
Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy
everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost could be
minimized.
In the shipping info email you should receive once your items are shipped, there should be a tracking number and courier for your package.

How to make an order?
Here are some step-by-step instructions to help you make an order from
KSCrossStitch:
1- Register with KSCrossStitch for free.
2- Login to the KSCrossStitch order system.
3- Search or browse products, and if you wish to buy them, type a number in the
quantity box and click "Add to cart". You can add just one piece if you want.
You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind.
4- Products you've added to your shopping cart are saved there while you look at
more items. Your cart is even saved for next time if you log out or accidentally
close your browser.
5- If you want to find out the total price including shipping, click "Shipping
fee estimate"
6- The first checkout page is "address book", you can edit you billing address or
change shipping address. e.g. to an different drop ship address.
7- The second checkout page you can choose shipping methods. We offer free
shipping for many kind of items, If it is an free shipping items, you will can not
choose.
8- The third checkout page is "pay for your order" you can choose the payment
method you prefer. In the box" special instruction or order comment", you can add
special request to your order.e.g. the declared value of the package that you
wish for customs purposes.
9- If you choose paypal, you can click paypal link to pay for your order
directly; If you do not want to pay it now, you can
click" place an order" to make
an order first and pay it later. you will receive an email confirming all of your
order information.
10- We will begin processing your order when payment is received. After we send
out your order, we will email you the tracking number and tracking links.

To avoid credit card problems, KSCrossStitch.com salesman will contact with the
person who paid via Paypal to confirm the order before send it out. The Paypal
account or credit card name should be the same as the name who ordered on
KSCrossStitch.com.
Registering for an account is easy and free. Visit the homepage, and click on "Log In". You will find a member login page which also has a link for new user registration.
Is it safe to shop at KSCrossStitch.com?At KSCrossStitch.com, we go to the extreme to ensure the safety of our
customers' information. We do not store your payment information on the website.
Online Payments made through MoneyBookers and PayPal are processed by the respective
websites, both considered secure and trustworthy. If you still worried about the
online check out, we also accept offline payment by
WesternUnion and Wire Transfer. All information on
KSCrossStitch.com is protected by the 256-bit Secure
Sockets of Godaddy.com which is the biggest website host
at USA. We also do not disclose your

During the process of purchase, you should receive three emails from us. The
first email will be sent once you place an order. The second email will be sent
once payment is received and confirmed. Finally, the third email will be sent
once the packages are shipped.
You can login your CrossStitch account to check status of all of your orders.
You can also contact with our online salesman or customer service to get help.
As customers convenience, we both accept Online and
Offline Check out.
Online Check Out:
If Paypal or moneybookers is available in your country, then you can use Paypal or Moneybookers to pay for your
order with a credit card or bank debit card. If you don't have a Paypal account
you can sign up for an account while completing your KSCrossStitch order.
Offline Check Out:
Since some secure reason, some customers would like to use offline check
out. We could accept WesterUnion and Wire Transfer.
Order prices in the online shop system add shipping during the checkout process
and no taxes are added by us.
Payment can be submitted in any currency, although we advise matching the
currency used in the online order process for ease of calculation.
We do not currently offer accounts or credit.

Warranty
We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in
good quality.
1.Return and full refund

2.Replace
--Products with quality problem in 30 days from the date products received)

be returned and replaced.

replace a new product and send back to customer.
--We will pay shipping fee for the replaced products we ship to the customer.
3.Return and partial refund.
--Because the international shipping fee is very high and most our pictures on
KSCrossStitch.com are taken by ourselves with real products. So we do not give full
refund for return without quality problems. like" not like the picture" not as
imagining" or just "not satisfied"
--We will reduce the shipping fee from the amount, that means a partial refund.
--For large amount return which higher than 500USD,We may reduce 15% from the
amount, please contact us firstly.
There are two situation of Canceling order, Before payment and After payment
1. - CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT
If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel
it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders each day which our members are using to
quote certain cart contents.
We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't
paid, don't worry, we're not processing your order.
You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because
you checked out your cart online. If you want to do test orders to check
shipping fee for later you are welcome to do this.
If your order is more than a week old please note you may not be able to
"reactivate" it by sending payment, because the prices of the items may have
changed as well as the shipping rates and the currency conversions. You may need
to repeat the order with a new cart.
2. - WITHDRAWING AN ORDER AFTER PAYMENT
If you have placed an order and you HAVE PAID, and you want to CANCEL, please
contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has entered the packing stage we may charge a restocking fee if you
cancel the order for those items.
If you are uncertain about something on your order and you think you want to
change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This
will stop the packing process so you still have a chance to make changes.
If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.
If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not
canceling the previous items, that can usually be processed without any extra
fees - please contact us.
If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change your mind
and cancel the total order, but our policy is that your order payment will be
credited to your account to be used for your next order. If you would like a
refund for any reason, please talk to us.

Tax
Taxes On Imported Goods
We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the
order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
HOWEVER - In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported
goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not
incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country.
In any one country the rules are often applied differently in different places,
and sometimes rather randomly.
KSCrossStitch is based in China. We are a Chinese company. Therefore anything
you buy from us is going to be imported as far as your customs are concerned.
Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs,
traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or
rulings of any country.
As such we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country.
As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you
order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g.
VAT in the UK) then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of
the package(s) from China. Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and
there is no way to pre pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item
to someone please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay
taxes when receiving the goods.
If you order goods from us and feel that you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with
taxes at your end, please don't blame us.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country

If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and
you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or

KSCrossStitch will accept no responsibility for customs costs incurred.
Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods
below a certain stated value.
However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from
us arrive in your country.
Obviously you will want this to be as low as possible, but
KSCrossStitch CANNOT
give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your
country.
You must ensure you find out about regulations in your own country before
ordering from
KSCrossStitch. In most countries the actual origin of the goods
(China) is not important: only the declared value of the goods and declared
contents is relevant.
