Shipping Methods:
When you place an order with
KSCrossStitch.com, you are emailed a confirmation of your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose whichever method suits you best when you place an order.
KSCrossStitch.com offers two different international shipping methods:
Standard shipping: Normally takes 7 to 10 days.
Express Shipping: Normally takes 2 to 4 days.
Time of transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from.
Shipping Cost:
International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following: Weight and dimensions of package The location we are shipping to (the destination country or region).

1. The total delivery time for your order is the period of time when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts, the processing time and the shipping time, as shown below.
2. Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse
3. Upon receiving your order, we will begin processing it which takes on average 1-2 business days. Express Shipping takes 4-5 business days. If your order is in stock you will receive it in 7 days.

Return:
1.Should you receive the incorrect items, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item.
2.Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.
3.Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors are darker/lighter than pictured, goods had minor color differences from the picture, goods do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different one.
4.Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we may look into it.
5. Notion: no reason return should pay for the whole shipping.
